C-type clamp for SCB series transformers

C-type clamp for transformer is made of special aluminium alloy and has strong conductivity. It is suitable for both aluminium conductor and copper-aluminium transition conductor. The clamp is mainly used for connecting transformers, switches and other equipment into and out of studs and wires. One end of the incompletely closed inner threaded pipe is connected with the stud, and the other end is connected with the wire. The inner threaded pipe and the wire are compressed by a hinged wedge. The incompletely closed threaded tube is elastic and can store and release energy caused by thermal expansion and contraction of conductors and studs. When the load increases, the threaded pipe will open slightly, and when the conductor is cooled down, the threaded pipe will be retracted because of its elasticity, and the constant contact pressure (common breathing) will always be maintained. The hinge wedge installed between the threaded pipe and the conductor can produce very large side pressure under a certain action, so that the contact pressure between the C-type clamp and the conductor and the transformer stud can be large enough to make the transformer stud and the inner threaded pipe fully coincide, which greatly increases the contact surface between the transformer stud and the C-type clamp, and maintains stable contact performance. Applicable voltage level: 380V, 10kV, 20kV. It can be used to connect aluminium outlet to aluminium wire, aluminium outlet to copper wire, copper outlet to copper wire and copper outlet to aluminium wire.

Characteristic

Determine the type: Check carefully whether the conductor and the clamp model are identical, such as: model SCB-122, M12 indicates that the transformer outlet screw is M12, JKLYJ35 is connected to the outlet conductor.

Fixed G-shaped parts: The "g" shaped parts are screwed clockwise to the transformer outlet screw, and the "g" shaped components are screwed up and extended outward.

Regulation: Matching the base block with the arc surface of the transformer and the common block with the conductor, the articulated block is taken out to form an arch (two articulated blocks are turned into a certain angle).

Place the wire and bolt: put the wire into the groove of the "g" shape part, and put the wire into the articulated block of the bow shape according to the arc surface and the wire (note: the articulated block does not need to be separated, the bow shape is outward). Insert the bolt from the back of the "g" shaped part, so that the bolt is in the middle of the top of the hinge block, and tighten the bolt with a wrench.

Verify whether the bolt is installed: when tightening the bolt, the last few teeth should have a clear sense of force, the articulated pressing block is flattened, and the "g" element can be held back. "G" parts should be slightly deformed. Note: After installation, pull or pull the conductor and outlet to see if the conductor and outlet have been tightened.

Disassembly: loosen the bolt, insert a screwdriver between the pressing block and the "C" piece, and pry upward forcefully, so that the pressing block can be arched upward.
